Return Policy

Unfortunately, White Gold does not accept returns of purchased items, with the exception of damaged or defective products. If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact White Gold by email at contact@whitegold.space.

White Gold will process requests for refunds or exchanges on a case-by-case basis. Your request will be processed as quickly as possible. If accepted, most returns and exchanges are processed within five (5) to seven (7) business days. Payments
White Gold accepts payments via applications and payment methods provided by PayPal. White Gold is not responsible for the practices or technologies used by PayPal to process personal payment information necessary for a transaction and the purchase of White Gold products.

Order Acceptance
Your account will be debited before your order is shipped.

Order Processing
Orders are processed in the order they are received, on the next business day. For example, orders placed on Wednesday will be processed on Thursday. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.

Orders are processed during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM EST, excluding US federal holidays.

Product Availability
White Gold does not guarantee the availability of its products at the time of order. If a product is unavailable, White Gold will inform you and offer an alternative solution for replacement products or proceed with a refund.1
